In Microsoft Edge, I clicked on the Authenticator icon on the tool bar, clicked the gear icon, Backup, and then "Download Backup File". The resulting file, authenticator.txt is empty. 0 length.
How do I backup the information? I want to load it into my laptop before I leave town.
