Describe the issue

Opening up edge and clicking does not bring up any sort of menu. The icon remains highlighted, but a menu never shows up.
Sometimes it gets fixed after waiting a while but today that didn't happen. I went to edge's extension settings and opened dev tools for the extension and then clicked the icon and it opened.
