BorderlessGaming app freezes and crashes after minimzing any Game Window

Summary

BorderlessGaming app freezes, when you minimize or Alt+Tab any windowed game, which was borderlessed by Win+F6 combination
I tried Mafia: Definitive Edition and Dragon Age: Origins

Steps to reproduce

1. I tried several 3D games, and was able replicate bug for all of them. Launch game in windowed mode
2. Press Global shortcut - Win + F6 - games starts working borderlessly
3. Generally you can minimize game by pressing Win (Start), or Alt+Tab - game will loose borderless style
4. Try to access BorderlessGaming from tray - window will open, but neither of buttons nor presses will not work, App is just frozen
