Upgrade fusionauth-jwt to 5.3.3 due to CVEs

The client is currently using version 5.2.4 of _fusionauth-jwt_. It has a number of CVEs:

- [CVE-2022-4065](https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2022-4065)

Upgrade _fusionauth-jwt_ to 5.3.3 so these transitive dep CVEs are no longer present.
