About The Project:

Counter app is a universal tool for counting anything you want. You can also set restrictions that will be saved in LocalStorage.

In the application, you can't count in a negative value.

Usage:

To use the project you need just start count. The user can set the necessary restrictions that will be taken into account. When the upper bound is reached, counting further becomes impossible.

If any logical error occurs, UI will inform the user.
