Could you help where to find the cert.crt and pryvate.key?

Hi.
I would like to try this python code to get access to my PGE data.

I am a newbie to python.
Installation worked out. However, I cannot locate the cert.crt and pryvate.key files. I am using Windows 10 home edition and python 3.0.
Also installation did not create a folder called 'auth'.

Could you help a newbie?
