ol-interaction-transform not working after 11.3.0

Describe the bug
ol-interaction-transform is not working after updating my vue3-oenlayers to the latest version (v11.5.0). Upon testing different versions, it seems that the bug started at v11.3.1, It works fine with v11.3.0.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Even the sample demo in the docs doesn't work, I can draw but cannot transform.

Expected behavior
Should be able to select and transform drawn features
