How to add Windows "Installation complete" dialog after setup completes

Hi guys.

All Windows apps (including Electron-based apps) have an "installation complete" dialog. Is there a way of adding this to NativePHP apps? You can't ship a production Windows app without them, otherwise users will think the installation has bugged out. Examples:
