Provide username and or hashtag folding

With a screen reader, one of the most time-consuming aspects of scrolling through a timeline is hearing multiple consecutive usernames or hashtags. People sometimes sprinkle them throughout a Toot, but others tend to load usernames at the start and hashtags at the end, making it an audible slog to get to the "meat" in the middle.

I'd love an option in accessibility to condense these.

Obviously this would impact being able to tab through people or tags from the timeline, but opening the Toot would negate that.
