feat: `onInstalled` open a new tab to onboarding

This release adds logic to the chrome.runtime.onInstalled event that opens a new tab and directs the user to our onboarding located at https://offie.co/welcome

bugfix: capitalization and spacing on workspace amenities string

This release has a single bugfix that corrects a spacing/capitalization issue for the workspace amenities string displayed in the modal.
