Nice work, when will it be installable with winget?

You should be able to install it already through WinGet. Check out: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/dsc/overview?view=dsc-3.0&source=recommendations#install-dsc-on-windows-with-winget. If you want it from the winget source itself, at the time it's not possible.
