Hi @JaroCamphuijsen I see this repo has been created a few years ago but is still empty. I am interested in contributing to this project, if it is still of interest of the CMMC.

Hi @matterda, indeed this repo was intended to start an attempt at building cell tracking software specifically for muscle tissue formation. Since during the process from muscle stem cells into tissue, the cells can take on very irregular shapes and merge together, this probably requires a new approach to cell tracking / cell recognition. A good start would be to find out what has been done already in this respect.
