Use the biocellion way to change model parameters at compile time #1

Biocellion has a section in the run_model.xml file to pass parameters to the model. This should be used preferably instead of the current bash script https://github.com/TheCMMC/biocellion-tools/blob/master/poc_abm_only.sh which builds the model for every simulation.
