How to add an icon for the web page?

I've installed TiddlyWiki5 as a server.
When I open it in chromium, there is no icon in the tab.
When I bookmark it in chromium, the is no icon for the bookmark.
How to add an icon for the web page?

What I've tried: Add a tiddler, title: "$:/favicon", content: a link to a icon.
But it does't help.

BTW, for it to work, the "Type" filed is "image/png" instead of "TiddlyWiki 5" which failed in my original try.
