Virtualized scroll with a lot of options, prevent performance issues

Hi @Liripo, can I ask you what kind of infinite scroll are you referring to?

• Infinite scroll with options fetching when reaching the end of the menu
• Infinite scroll (but commonly known as virtual scroll) to ensure there are no performance issues with large list of options

For this issue, I assume a working virtualized scroll demo will be achieved using vue-virtual-scroller:

1. Implement a new slot that should wrap the content of a menu-option (MenuOption.vue). Ensure to add this slot to slots.ts. Might need to switch to JSX/TSX rendering because we want to ensure that, when using (or not) the custom slot we should always have the internal listeners applied (@click and @keydown.enter for example).
2. Add tests that uses the new slot to ensure everything is rendering properly.
3. Update the slots documentation page and add a documentation demo that showcase the virtual scroll. Can create a Codesandbox link that will be inserted in the documentation demo page if Vitepress doesn't allow this demo easily.
