Cursor moves incorrectly when pasting code with service comments

With Flutter 3.3.5 upgrade, the cursor no longer freezes when pasting text with service comments but still is placed incorrectly in some cases.

Moving to backlog due to lesser severity.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Use Java.
2. Use the source code:

3. Paste this code in the end:

	}// [END section3]

}

class MyClass {
	void readOnlyMethod() {// [START section5]
	}// [END section5]
	// [START section6]
	void method() {
	}// [END section6]
}

class Foo {
	 //readonly int field = 5;
	 //readonly void bar() {
	 //readonly }
}

class Foo {
	 //readonly int field = 5;
	 void bar() {
	 }
}

Expected: Cursor is in the end of the text.
