RFE: Add Bamboo client function that puts plan in build queue

Hello,

we would like to use the bamboo part of this great project.

We miss (so far one) function that would put a Bamboo plan in a build queue (basically executing plan) using /queue service. At least we did not find such in docs.

Function that would take 2 args:

• plankey
• dict with optional HTTP POST params (adding custom variables to plan we want to execute)

Of course, we want to execute all stages of the plan (there is existing param for this).

Can we have this one?
