Feature Request: Mouseless selection with Alt+Shift+[arrow keys]

Hi,

First off, thanks so much for this package, it's really helpful.

I couldn't help but notice though, that unlike similar functionality in Notepad++, SSMS, and other editors, this package won't allow you to use column selection with the arrow keys by holding down Shift alongside the trigger key (Alt be default).

It can sometimes be really convenient not to have to resort to the mouse for small vertical selections.

Is there any chance this feature could be added?

Just wanted to add my voice to also really wanting this. I find selecting with the mouse quite slow / clunky (this could just be me) and would absolutely love the arrow key functionality.
