Log messages larger than 4k are being truncated by rsyslog

I've recently noticed that several of my DEA and Cloud Controller log messages are being truncated at 4K. This is because of rsyslog: http://www.rsyslog.com/doc/rsyslog_conf_lines.html

It says that Lines can be continued by specifying a backslash ("\") as the last character of the line. So perhaps Steno can be improved to escape lines larger than 4k?

@youngm If this is really painful right now we can look into prioritizing it but Steno is currently not a development priority for us.
