(Moving dhall-lang/vscode-dhall-lsp-server#44 over here as this seems like the more appropriate repo.)

When attempting to invoke "dhall > Annotate Let binding with its type" via the Command Pallette, I'm seeing an error dialog:

command 'dhall.annotateLet' not found

Same for all the other commands:

  • Freeze import
  • Freeze all imports
  • Lint and format
