I think this is a duplicate of #8687 and #6106

Should be resolved with the migration to the official electron/get package, but it's a breaking change due to the interface/properties needed for configuration. I'm slotting it for when electron-builder has to upgrade to node 22 engine in order to adopt updates from the upstream electron packages (which are currently transitioning to node 22 engine req)
#8827

Actually, might be separate but I can't tell specifically. Reopening 😅

Can you please post back logs with DEBUG=electron-builder env var set?

I'm unable to reproduce this on mac using both npm run build-m or npm run build-we

This does indeed look to be a duplicate of #8687

In which case, this should be resolved by #8827, but since it's a breaking change, I can't merge it yet without doing a full major semver bump. Trying to resolve node module collector issues first to stabilize v26, as it's one of the major changes in v26 along with electron/asar and electron/fuses.
