GitHub versioning semantics?

Im trying to debug this issue #8131

but i can see the GitHub releases has some versions on 6.6.0 and some on v26.0

can someone shed some light on how versioning works on this project? thanks lmao

v26.0.11 is scoped to the broader electron-builder (and all sub/peer deps in the monorepo)
electron-updater@6.6.2 is scoped to electron-updater, per the git tag and release info. It is fully decoupled from electron-builder releases
