[Performance] Support variable FPS (ProMotion display, up to 120Hz)

With the introduction of ProMotion on iPhone and iPad, it became possible to support max FPS up to 120Hz, but it seems that Firebase/Performance still supports Slow rendering frames and Frozen frames as if it's a fixed max FPS to 60Hz.

Is there any plan to support variable FPS in Firebase/Performance?
