Currently, the Gemini Code Assist plugin is not available for Intellij 2025.1.

https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/24198-gemini-code-assist/versions

So it needs to be conditionally added to the bundledPluginList in the build.gradle.kts files.

When the dependency is supported for IntelliJ 2025.1, we should stop using conditional logic.
