Added empty and duplicated list items.

When using the ol and ul buttons I sometimes get a weird behavior of added duplicated or/and empty items for example:

I'm on Chrome 38.0.2125.111. This happened when changing ol to ul and when disabling the ul button.

Thanks for pointing this out, I think the issue is a little different in 1.3.0 but it's still there.

Replication steps:

build 2 lists, Select both, try to convert all to one list type.

Thanks for the quick reply and fix. However, the problem still persists.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a list with 2 items.
2. When the cursor is on the second item, change its list type.
3. Do the same for the first item.
4. Now select both of them and create a list (as far as I can tell it doesn't matter which type).

After (4) you should see duplicated and/or empty items in the new list.

Ok, thanks. Looks like the second list is being enclosed by an extra span in chrome.
