excel download button

I quite often find myself helping colleagues making an excel file of a query result. A download button that makes a best effort to generate and download an excel file would be helpful.

It could flatten rows that have dicts to more fit a list of dicts:

to something like

_id	issuerName
558ba89433d865236cb94bff	"AGL ENERGY LTD"
