3次元ソルバで格子を変更しようとすると異常終了する #1481

3次元ソルバで、計算終了後ポストWindowでいろいろ計算結果を見た後で
プリWindowで格子数を変更するなど格子に変更を加えようとするとほぼ間違いなく落ちる。

S先生の、11/3 16:10 の投稿の添付ファイルを参照して再現性の確認を行う。
