Proposal: Reorganizing Tool Categories & Adding New Tools

Hello! 👋

What's Changing?

1. Streamlined Categories 📊

I've reorganized the tools into fewer, more focused categories:

• System Optimization & Debloating: Tools that improve performance and remove unwanted components
• Privacy & Security Tools: Tools focused on enhancing privacy and security
• Disk & File Management: Tools for managing storage and files
• Gaming & Performance Enhancement: Gaming-specific optimizations
• Windows Setup & Upgrade Tools: Tools for fresh installs and upgrades
• Advanced Utilities: Tools for power users requiring technical expertise

2. New Additions 🆕

I've added several useful tools that were missing from the collection:

• WizTree: An extremely fast disk space analyzer (much faster than WinDirStat for large drives)
• Flyby11: A Windows 11 upgrading assistant that helps with compatibility checking and smooth transitions
• WinScript: An open-source tool for building custom Windows 10/11 scripts with modules for debloating, privacy, performance, and app installation

3. Improved Descriptions 📝

I've updated several tool descriptions to be more accurate and informative based on their current functionality or github description.

4. New "Getting Started 🚀" Section

I've added a new getting started section to brief users that are new and/or unexperienced with windows tinkering.

Why These Changes?

Better Organization
The previous categories had some overlap and weren't always intuitive, now each category now has a clearer purpose, making it easier to find the right tool
