Thanks for sharing your contribution, out of interest, can you inform me what your input range of the data was, I see you divide each image by it's maximum, but not the absolute maximum, do you have any negative values in your dataset? Is the requirement for the range of data to be [0 1]?
I am running on a bunch of knee MRI's also, my problem is that the autoencoder gives the same output, irrespective of the input, did you ever come across this issue?
