EstimateRouteFee documentation is weak

The EstimateRouteFee RPC documentation is weak. There is no clear indication of how it works, the risks and costs of using this tool, how accurate it is, how slow it is, how many probes it does, why it is better to use than the success probability of QueryRoutes. Also, there is no mention of this RPC on https://docs.lightning.engineering/, and I think that would be a good place to discuss its usage in addition to RPC docs.
