safari = webview || ua.match(/Version/([\d.]+)(^S|[^M](Mobile)[^S](Safari))/)

$.browser.safari returns true when we use UC ， QQ or other Chinese browser in iphone;
Please consider the Chinese zepto users. Thank you！
