URL scheme support folders?

Currently, MassCode only supports URL schemes for snippet items. It would be great if it also supported folders. I plan to update my MassCodeAlfred workflow to allow searching for folders, displaying their icons and tags, and opening them in the app.

If possible, please include the icons' names in the /folders endpoint. This will enable the workflow to render the correct icons, just as they appear in the app.
