Is there a python env created?

Hi!

I am new to SwarmUI.
I now from other python projects that they usually start by creating an environment (using conda or pyenv). This project does not seem to do that, neither automatically nor does it recommend to doing so in the ReadMe.

Is there a reason for that?
Would it still be advisable to create an env?

Swarm on Windows for the autoinstalled ComfyUI backend uses python_embeded in the dlbackend/comfy folder, and on Linux uses venv
Swarm itself is written in C# and thus doesn't need an env of its own.
