Is this project no longer maintained?

The last commit was 6 months ago, and there are quite a few open issues. The SSL certificate for the site is invalid, and I see at least two open issues (#772, #761) mentioning this with no replies. Is the project no longer maintained?

On the off chance that someone is still around and able to help me, I’d like to ask my question anyway:
I installed the app on my GitHub org, added the configuration file to my test repo, and created a bunch of PRs that are guaranteed to fail, but nothing happens. What am I missing?

@shine2lay and @jusx, perhaps it is time to add more maintainers? It would be very sad to see such an awesome project succumb to technical debt.
