python scripting integration

most people will probably be more familiar with coding in python, so if a scripting section was added that exposed certain engine properties and fed tickers like the other strategies, more users could experiment with their own scripts. this needs to also have the same ability of having multiple strategies run in tandem (regardless of python or native code)
