Orgmode integration to capture notes from external

Hi!
I am trying to figure out if there is way to integrate ormode from external to vim tools like browser or email client.
For example in the qutebrowser to have userscript which will store the url into an org buffer , then modify (add tag/todo) and capture using Ctrl-c into the org files?

emacs orgmode has something which allows that https://orgmode.org/worg/org-contrib/org-protocol.html
