<Leader>oih doesn't always work on folded headlines

I've been having some issues with indentation/folding with orgmode:

1. The first one is that pressing <Leader>oih to create a new headline after the current headline's subtree, sometimes has an unexpected behavior when the current headline is folded, it creates a new headline INSIDE the subtree and not after:

This issue may also go in hand with some folding errors that can be seen here:

Reloading the buffer (with :e) fixes it 🤷
