Use vim.ui.select to select todo keywords instead of vim.api.nvim_echo

I want to display a select menu when using cit or ciT, especially when the custom keyword has fast access enabled.

Currently, the notification message used to show the fast access key's information is unreliable, as it often fails to appear.

Instead, I propose an option to either:

Dynamically register the fast access key as a mapping using a prefix or leader key, or
Provide a select input with fuzzy search to choose the custom todo keyword.
Here’s the code that needs to be updated.

I’m not experienced with Lua, which is why I’m not submitting a pull request. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!
