スマホで見やすくしたいので、既存のCSSには一旦こだわらない形で動かす

最低限入れられれば良いので、いれるだけで、悪くない見ためになる class less cssで良さそう。

この中なら、主観だけど、water.css がいいかな。
薄い。ダークモード対応しているから。

markdownから生成するようなページは調整した。
HTMLページの調整は手間がかかるので、
あとは、トップページを調整したら、このissueはおしまいで良いのではないかと思う。
