Issue

I'm not sure if this counts as a documentation issue exactly but it seems likely users besides me will land on this, and while it's minor it could cause confusion:

In the release notes here:
https://pendulum.eustace.io/blog/pendulum-1-3-0-is-out.html
pendulum.timezones is noted as a property but it looks like it's actually (now?) a function.

Rather than edit the release notes it might be ideal to add a section for this function to the formal documentation so it comes up while searching. E.g., I ended up on the release notes page by way of searching docs -> nothing -> google -> #143 -> release notes
