Suggest to support the octonary in robot-framework #184

I'm a noob at building in general, so please excuse if I'm missing something.

Suggest RF to support the octonary,
example:
Log | \x1a # it is a control char
Log | \032 # it is just a string

I have verified the feasibility as modify the method _get_character in file \robot\utils\escaping.py
