Feature Request: Improve User Usage Stat Sorting in Admin UI

Feature request description

Improve the admin UI to be more useful for user analytics and user management.

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe.

It's a heavy and unintuitive lift for admins to figure out things like:

• Who are the most active users?
• What teams are using Sourcegraph the most?
• Are there any old inactive users that I should delete?

Companies that are under a hard cap license often need to delete users and do this sort of analysis on a regular basis.

Describe alternatives you've considered.

• Export data and manually manipulate
• Use the API/CLI to manually manipulate
• Painfully click through the UI in unsorted order

Additional context

The CE team regularly gets this feedback from customers. Pain points range from "nice to have" to "significant pain" to "potential dealbreaker".
