In a discussion between https://github.com/sourcegraph/accounts/issues/8205 and the Code Intel team, the concept of automatic indexing for JAR files was touched upon.

This request mirrors the functionality of https://github.com/sourcegraph/example-index-jar-files, but with autoindexing automation.

1: Implement an autoindexing feature for JAR files.
2: If feasible, this should also provide precise code intelligence.
