Type '/' for commands, 'space' for AI visible when document is exported as a PDF

I'm using AFFiNE 0.14.3, Windows x86-64, standalone-app (no cloud signin)

After writing a document in AFFiNE and exporting it as a PDF, the help-text Type '/' for commands, 'space' for AI is also visible in the PDF. It would have been great if AFFiNE would have ignored t e hhelp-text as it meant for the document editor and not the rendered-PDF. Also, it would be helpful if exported PDF's text is selectable (currently the PDF is like a huge image with no selectable-text)
