Project Active?

Hi, I'm wondering if this project is still active, as I've been thinking about starting a similar project, but I'd rather contribute here if this is maintained. I see the last update was 9 months ago, and there are PR that have been open for a while. I would like to submit a PR for your auth function, but I don't want to go to the trouble if the project is dead. Thanks!
