G-Files Display oddly once past 22 per page

I'm adding several ICEnet and WWIVnet newsletters from the 90's to my G-Files section and noticed a few things wrong I will list as separate issues. See attached image to see incorrect bottom border after pause prompt when the list is continued at the 22nd listing, paused, then 23-XX listing.
