Download file async with progress

Hi, I'm using your redmine-net-api for a corporate project... simply amazing! There's any chance to have a progress callback when downloading - e.g. asynchronously - a file from Redmine? Now I'm using the API v.2.0.17 signed and the DownloadFileAsync in a RedmineManager instance. But I can't find any way to get a progress indication... any thought about? Thank you again for your great work.

I will try to add this feature to dotnet core project and then I will try to implement it to this project.
