Some errors in the config file

There are some missing arguments like cfg.MODEL.MOTION.REDUCE_FACTOR, cfg.MODEL.MOTION.FLOW_INPUT and cfg.MODEL.DECODER_LAYERS. Could you fix it? (I have to randomly set the former 2 and set the last one to 3 as mentioned in your paper).

BTW, could you provide the vspw_r50_model_final.pth for verification as well?
