  Needs to be resolved in 1 sprint, ideally in 1-7 days

  Should be resolved in 1-2 sprints

  Will be resolved when no other critical things ongoing

  Should be resolved in 1-3 sprints
• severity-critical

  A bug that has major impact on the organization preventing the usage of Zowe
• severity-high

  A bug for which there may be workaround but limits the usage of the Zowe for major use cases

  A bug that makes the usage of the Zowe less convenient but doesn't impact key use cases

  A bug where workaround exists or that doesn't prevent the usage of the Zowe or the use case
