The CodeQL Action v2 is being deprecated. To ensure continued compatibility, we need to migrate to CodeQL Action v3. This includes updating any existing workflows that still use v2 and ensuring compatibility with the latest version.

Example: Simple Google News Sitemap that needs updating.
